Contacting Slotoro support: a preparation guide
This page is not Slotoro's support desk. We are an independent information site; we cannot see anyone's account and cannot process deposits or withdrawals. What we can do is explain how to approach the operator's support so that the first message produces a useful reply. In our experience most drawn-out cases drag on not because they are complicated, but because a transaction ID, a screenshot or an exact time is missing.
Which channels to look for
Most online casinos offer live chat and email, often backed by a help centre. Exactly what Slotoro provides, in which languages and at what hours, is shown in the help section or the "Contact" link in the footer once you are logged in — we cannot promise it in advance. As a rule of thumb:
- Live chat — quick questions and status checks ("where is my withdrawal?").
- Email — when you need to attach documents or want a written trail (complaints, disputed transactions).
- Help centre — rules, bonus terms and identity-check (KYC) requirements. Worth searching first.
What to prepare before writing
| Topic | What to attach or state |
|---|---|
| Deposit not showing | Transaction ID, amount, time, method, confirmation from your bank or wallet |
| Withdrawal pending | Request time and amount, chosen method, current KYC status |
| Bonus dispute | Bonus name, activation time, screenshots of the terms and wagering progress |
| Game error | Game name, round ID if shown, time, screenshot or screen recording |
Writing a message that is understood first time
- One message, one issue. Two problems deserve two threads.
- Say what you want in the first sentence ("please confirm the status of my withdrawal request of 20 September 2026").
- Give facts, not adjectives: a time instead of "last night", an amount instead of "a lot".
- Ask for the answer in writing and save the chat transcript.
Questions about games
Because this site focuses on the game catalogue, we are often asked why a game's RTP differs from the provider's published figure. The right question for support is which configured version runs on your account — the game's info screen also shows it. What those numbers mean is explained in our game selection guide.
When answers stall
If a case has not moved for days, ask in writing for the complaint to be formally logged, and ask which regulator licenses the operator — the footer should state it as well. Then follow that regulator's complaint route. For players in Hungary, online casino licensing is the job of the SZTFH; we did not find Slotoro among its licence holders, so ask the SZTFH whether it can act on your case. The full sequence is on our complaints page.
